The initiative effectively allows qualified patients diagnosed with a debilitating medical condition, to use marijuana for medical purposes on the recommendation of a licensed Florida physician.

The first step is to send us your contact information, and we can help you get scheduled with the right doctor at the right location.
Once you’re scheduled, the doctor needs as much medical information as possible for the appointment. For example, if you have x-rays proving a debilitating medical condition, blood work or other paperwork from previous doctors’ visits, this is very helpful at your cannabis visit.
